All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. Processing time for each order is typically between 2 to 7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Please note that during periods of high order volume or holidays, processing times may be extended. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Once fulfilled, standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping time varies depending on the delivery address and chosen shipping option at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary and may range between 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred upon arrival in their country. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping costs.

Crush Cages LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs processes, shipping carriers, or international events.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking number and link to track the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Crush Cages LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked as "delivered" but not received

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery inquiries after the item has left our facility or fulfillment partner.

5. Split Shipments

Due to our fulfillment process, items in the same order may be shipped separately from different locations. Customers will receive tracking details for each package, if applicable.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Crush Cages LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events.
